• All sales are final. Funds added to your account balance are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
• If a service fails to deliver or is significantly underdelivered, a refund to your panel balance may be issued at our discretion.
• Refunds are issued as balance credit — not to your original payment method — unless required by law.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes will result in immediate account suspension and possible legal action.
• We are not responsible for any bank fees, transaction fees, or currency conversion charges.

You agree not to use the platform for any of the following:

• Promoting illegal content, hate speech, violence, or any content that violates applicable laws.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the platform or its infrastructure.
• Using automated bots or scripts to place orders outside of our official API.
• Reselling services in ways that misrepresent the source or nature of the services.
• Fraudulent activity, including using stolen payment methods or false identities.
• Attempting to manipulate our pricing, referral, or loyalty systems through abuse.

Violation of any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension without refund and may be reported to relevant authorities.

All content, branding, code, design, logos, and materials on this platform are the intellectual property of MOAHBOOST and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform content.
• Our trademarks and brand identity may not be used without explicit written permission.
• Any feedback or suggestions you provide to us may be used to improve the platform without compensation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MOAHBOOST shall not be liable for:
