Service availability, pricing, and specifications may change without prior notice. All services are subject to availability from our third-party providers. We do not guarantee specific results, as outcomes depend on platform algorithms, user activity, and other factors beyond our control.

Orders begin processing after successful payment and validation. Delivery times shown on the platform are estimates and may vary depending on service availability, platform updates, or third-party provider issues. Some services may experience delays due to factors beyond our control. Once an order has started processing, it cannot be cancelled unless explicitly stated otherwise for that particular service. You will receive order status updates through your dashboard and notifications.

All deposits are credited only after successful payment verification. Wallet balances cannot be transferred to other users unless explicitly supported by MoahBoostPanel. Users are responsible for confirming deposit details before making payments. MoahBoostPanel reserves the right to correct balances credited due to technical errors, payment failures, or fraudulent activities. The minimum deposit amount is KES 1 for M-Pesa Express payments.

Services marked with a refill guarantee are eligible for refill within the stated refill period. Refill requests outside the guarantee period may not be accepted. Services without a refill guarantee are not eligible for refills. Refills are subject to the availability and policies of the underlying service provider. MoahBoostPanel reserves the right to deny refill requests that are deemed abusive or fraudulent.

Deposits are generally non-refundable once successfully credited to your wallet. Refunds are only considered for eligible cases such as undelivered or cancelled orders where applicable. Completed services are not eligible for refunds. Chargebacks or unauthorized payment disputes may result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of wallet balance.
